شناسایی عوامل امتناع همکاری‌های پژوهشی بین‌المللی در نظام آموزش عالی کشور: یک مطالعه فراترکیب

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر باهدف سنتز ادبیات مربوط به همکاری‌های پژوهشی بین‌المللی در راستای شناسایی عوامل امتناع همکاری‌های پژوهشی بین‌المللی در آموزش عالی کشور صورت گرفته است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی است و با روش کیفی فراترکیب انجام‌شده است. جامعه آماری، کلیه مطالعات انجام‌شده در بازه زمانی 1380 الی 1398 می‌باشد. در این راستا 69 پژوهش در زمینه موضوع موردنظر ارزیابی و درنهایت 25 مقاله به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب گردید و با تحلیل محتوا و ترکیب ادبیات مربوط، درمجموع 119 کد،15 مفهوم، 8 مقوله کلیدی طی فرایند جست‌وجو و ترکیب نظام‌مند متون شناسایی و مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت و اعتبار آن از طریق آزمون کاپای کوهن تأیید گردید. نتایج تحلیل نشان داد، که مهم‌ترین عوامل امتناع کلیدی شناسایی‌شده شامل: عوامل سیاسی؛ فرهنگی؛ ساختاری؛ سیاست‌گذاری؛ فناوری ارتباطات و اطلاعات؛ زیرساخت مالی، فضا و تجهیزات؛ فردی و عوامل مربوط به زبان خارجی می‌باشد. این پژوهش ازآن‌جهت که درک عمیقی از ادبیات موجود در مورد موضوع پژوهش با شناسایی عوامل امتناع همکاری‌های پژوهشی بین‌المللی ارائه می‌دهد، می‌تواند در سیاست‌گذاری‌های آموزش عالی در راستای گسترش همکاری‌های پژوهشی بین‌المللی در آموزش عالی مورداستفاده قرار گیرد

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to synthesize the literature related to international research collaborations in order to identify the factors for refusing international research collaborations in higher education in the country. This research is applied in terms of purpose and has been done with a qualitative transcendental method. The statistical population is all studies conducted between 2001 and 2017. In this regard, 69 researches on the subject were evaluated and finally 25 articles were selected purposefully and by analyzing the content and composition of the relevant literature, a total of 119 codes, 15 concepts, 8 key categories were identified and analyzed during the search process and systematic composition of texts and its validity was confirmed through the Cope Cohen test. The results showed that the most important key refusal factors identified included: political factors; Cultural; Structural; policy; communication and information technology; financial infrastructure, space and equipment; individuals and factors related to the foreign language. Since this study provides an in-depth understanding of the existing literature on the subject of research by identifying the causes of refusal of international research collaborations, it can be used in higher education policies to expand international research collaborations in higher education.
