فراترکیب الگوهای تدوین راهبردهای مدیریت آموزش و منابع انسانی

چکیده

دنیای تدوین استراتژی های آموزش و منابع انسانی در کنار انواع مختلف ارائه شده ، همچنان نیازمند توجهی خاص برای اشاعه الگوهای بومی متناسب با صنایع مختلف میباشد. بررسی و مرور هدفمند تعاریف، چارچوبها و مدل های پیشین مرتبط، به منظور ارائه مدلی جامع و نظام مند برای طراحی راهبردهای مدیریت منابع انسانی هدف این تحقیق می باشد. دراین پژوهش، با رویکرد فراترکیب کیفی که یکی از انواع روشهای فرا مطالعه است، پس از جستجوی اولیه و یافتن منابع مرتبط، با روش ارزیابی حیاتی از 217 منبع قابل دسترس ،‌141 منبع جهت شناسایی مضامین سازمانده ، انتخاب و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتیجه تحلیل داده های کیفی شناسایی ، 32 مضمون پایه ، 17 مضمون سازنده و 7 تم شامل "بینش و تحلیل گری استراتژیک، تصمیم گیری بهنگام، فرهنگ و رهبری استراتژیک، مدیریت استراتژیک دانش و پایش استراتژیک " بودکه در قالب الگوی تدوین راهبردهای منابع انسانی ارائه شد. مضامین و تم های منتخب از نظر غیر خطی بودن و نحوه شناخت استراتژی ها با سایر مدلهای مشابه تفاوت دارند که می تواند زمینه مشارکت بیشتر کارکنان، شناسایی استراتژیهای واقع بینانه و کاربردی ، هماهنگی با جهت گیری های کلان سازمان و … را درشرکت های مورد اجرا فراهم آورد.

چکیده [English]

The world of formulating training strategies and human resources along with the variety offered still requires special attention to disseminate native patterns tailored to different industries.Purposeful review and review of related definitions, frameworks, and models in order to provide a comprehensive and systematic model for designing HRM strategies. In this study, with a qualitative cross-sectional approach, which is one of a variety of meta-study methods, after first searching and finding relevant sources, with a critical evaluation method of 217 available sources, 141 sources were selected and identified for identifying themes. The result was qualitative data analysis, 32 basic themes, 17 constructive themes and 7 themes including "Strategic Insight and Analysis, Timely Decision Making, Strategic Culture and Leadership, Strategic Knowledge Management and Strategic Monitoring" presented in the form of HRM Was. Selected themes and themes differ from other similar models in terms of non linearity and how they identify strategies, which can allow for greater employee engagement, identification of realistic and applicable strategies, and alignment with the organization's macro orientations, and so on provided.
