مدل‌یابی اثر توانمندسازی روانشناختی بر آمادگی فردی برای تغییر در کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، مدل‌یابی اثر توانمندسازی روانشناختی بر آمادگی فردی برای تغییر در کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان به تعداد 850 نفر بود که بر حسب فرمول کوکران، 265 نفر به شیوه انتخاب تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌‌نامه‌های توانمندسازی روانشناختی اسپریتزر و میشرا (1995) و آمادگی برای تغییر دونهام و همکاران (1989) استفاده شد. ثبات درونی پرسش‌نامه‌ها توسط آزمون آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 85/0 و 85/0 به دست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که ادراک شایستگی توسط کارکنان بر آمادگی فردی آن‌ها برای تغییر اثرگذار می‌باشد. اثر مثبت ادراک خودمختاری بر آمادگی فردی کارکنان برای تغییر تأیید گردید. نتایج نشان داد که ادراک موثر بودن بر آمادگی فردی برای تغییر اثری مثبت و معنی‌دار دارد. در نهایت نتایج نشان داد که اثر ادراک معنی‌دار بودن شغل و اعتماد بر آمادگی فردی کارکنان برای تغییر معنی‌دار نمی‌باشد. با توجه به نتایج، توجه به برنامه‌های توانمندسازی برای افزایش آمادگی کارکنان برای پذیرش تغییرات پیشنهاد می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to model the effect of psychological empowerment on individual readiness for change in the staff of the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs. The statistical population of the study consisted of all 850 employees of the Ministry of Sport and Youth. According to Cochran formula, 265 people were selected by simple random sampling. Spritzer & Mishra’s (1995) Psychological empowerment questionnaire and Dunham et al’s (1989) Readiness for Change questionnaire were used to collect data. The internal consistency of the questionnaires was obtained by Cronbach's alpha test of 0.85 and 0.85, respectively. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for data analysis. The results showed that employees' perception of competence influences their individual readiness for change. The positive effect of the perception of autonomy on individual readiness for change was confirmed. The results showed that perception of being effective had a positive and significant effect on one's readiness to change. The results showed that the effect of perception of job meaningfulness and trust on personal readiness for change was not significant. According to the results, it is recommended to consider the empowerment programs to increase staff readiness to accept change.
