The main purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between work-life balance and organizational health among staff of Imam Khomeini Naval University of Noshahr. The research method of the study was descriptive survey. Ninety-two employees were selected as the statistical sample through Morgan Table and simple random sampling. Data collection tools comprised Fisher's Work-Life Balance Questionnaire (2004) with a reliability of 0.880, as well as Organizational Health Questionnaire of Hui et al. (1996) with a reliability of 0.903. Confirmatory factor analysis with LISREL software was also utilized to assess the validity of the questionnaires. Data were analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistics (including Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, correlation coefficient, and stepwise regression test) using SPSS software. The findings revealed that there was a positive and significant relationship between work-life balance and its four components (commitment, cooperation, discipline, and flexibility) with organizational health of the employees of Imam Khomeini Naval University of Noshahr. Moreover, the results of stepwise regression indicated that 52.3% of organizational health changes were explained by three variables of flexibility, cooperation and commitment.
