This study aimed to evaluate the effect of number of courses held at Imam Khomeini Naval Academy on Fulfilling the Training goals of IRI Navy. The study population included all middle to high levels managers and commanders of IRI Navy (272) who have at least 5 years' experience in management and leadership and have passed a number of side courses under the study. 160 subjects were selected through stratified random sampling. The information required for expression of literature review and information for the testing the hypothesis were collected using the research-made questionnaire. To assess the reliability of the questionnaire Cronbach's alpha method (α=0.912) was used. Its content validity was confirmed by collecting the opinions and views of experts and specialists. To describe the data, descriptive statistics and to test the hypotheses, regression and inferential statistics (T test) using SPSS software were used. The independent variable was courses held at Imam Khomeini Naval Academy, which consist of four marine safety courses, advanced fire suppression, marine Teachers Training (TFT) and PLC (introductory and advanced) and the dependent variable was the level of achievement of educational goals of IRI Navy.
