Each educational system tries to transfer different kinds of knowledge and skills to educated employees through designing and developing determined curricula and prepare them for accepting their roles and responsibilities in real life. Social, political, economic, and cultural requirements in the current era has made civic education one of the most important issues in decisions and action in educational system. Responsible and informed citizenship education is one of the most central and most fundamental task of educational systems in different countries. Every country in the form of formal and informal training, has an obligation to prepare citizens to enter social, economic, political and cultural life. This is in the form of direct citizenship education through the inclusion of topics with the same name or a different training courses carried out. The population of the research was the content of the books one and two of Basic Astronomical Navigation. In response to research questions, results of astronomical navigation book one and two respectively in astronomical navigation with (23%) the highest and lowest component evaluation to educational content (13%) in two astronomical navigations (18%) the highest and lowest component mentor to educational content, learning environment and evaluation (16%) Note Waldorf education is based on the model.
