چکیده

هدف این مقاله معرفی الگوی مدیریت آموزش از تبار مدیریت آموزشی در آموزش مباحث علوم دریایی می‌باشد. کاربرد آن در شکل دادن به فضای هسته‌ی فنی آموزشی یا کلاس‌های درس‌‌ علوم دریایی به همراه جهت‌دهی فعالیت‌های شاگرد محوری مانند یادگیری مشارکتی همکارانه در فرایند تولید علم، خودجوشی و خودشناسی در یادگیری و یادگیری ‌مهارت‌‌های رفتاری برگرفته از تفکر و تدّبر فراگیران دروس علوم دریایی در حال و آینده می باشد. استقرار این مدیریت حرفه‌ای ساز مدرس ان مستلزم مدیریت بر پنج مؤلفه الگو است: 1- تحلیل مفهوم مدیریت ساخت دانش، 2- مدیریت بر متناسب ساختن برنامه‌ی درسی رسمی با ساخت شناخت فراگیران ، 3- مدیریت بر تهیه جدول زمانی، حجم مطالب آموزشی، رسانه و الگو‌های تدریس، 4- مدیریت بر اجرای برنامه‌ی تدوین شده و 5- مدیریت بر ارزشیابی و استفاده از بازخورد برای اصلاح فرایند آموزش است روش‌ پژوهش موردی و نیمه‌تجربی می باشد که با استفاده از سه پرسشنامۀ محقق ساخته پرورشی، آموزشی، و پیشرفت تحصیلی (تهیه آن متناسب با موضوع درس ناوبری است) با روائی و اعتبار علمی انجام گردیده و فرمول‌‌ها و آزمون های اندازه‌ی اثر، آزمون تی و  همبستگی و کواریانس، استفاده شده است. در این مقاله مؤلفه‌‌های مذکور در الگوی مدیریت آموزش و در باره‌ی اثربخشی آن در آموزش مباحث درسی مختلف به منظور توصیه کاربردی آن در پژوهش‌های علوم دریایی و آموزش مباحث دروس مختلف آن (به ویژه ناوبری) معرفی می‌شود. نتایج این پژوهش نشانگر مؤثر بودن الگوی مدیریت آموزش بر ساخت دانش و ساخت شناخت فراگیران علوم دریایی بوده است.

Breeding Works Of Education Management Model On Education Issues In Marine Science

The aim of this paper is the introduction of education management pattern from education management category. Its use is in shaping the technical core of teaching or marine Science classes. Clarifying the learner centered activities like cooperative partnership in the production process of science spontaneous and self-learning, and learning behavioral skills of thinking and reflecting upon lessons derived from marine science now and in the future. Professionalize management of instructors deployment requires managing five elements: (1) analyzing the concept of building knowledge management, 2-managing the adoption of official curriculum to build students' knowledge, 3. Managing the preparation of timetables, the content of education, media and teaching models 4- managing the implementation of the developed program, 5- manage the evaluation and use the feedback to improve the educational process. The author has used the data from the Efficacy of the application of this pattern in curriculum subjects in different levels of education to documenting through case study and semi experimental research methodologies by using three training, breeding, and academic achievement self-made questionnaires, (provided appropriate to the subject) with the validity and reliability, and as a result of using effect measure formulas, t-test, correlation and covariance. In this paper these variables in the model of management education and research about the effectiveness of the training curriculum in order to recommend its use in research marine science and education issues in different subjects has been introduced. The results of this study show the effectiveness of education model management on knowledge construction and students’ cognition construction.
